Not only are they passionate about what they do, my dog always comes away looking and smelling amazing and the girls give the dogs so much love and attention whilst they are in the salon. The team always go over and above and it shows in how happy my dog is to get into the salon when she arrives (and grumpy when she has to leave haha!)”

“Took my dogs Teddy and Bear to Handsome Hounds and it was such a lovely experience for them. Teddy had never been to the groomers before and Becky made sure he was calm and comfortable for the entire time! “I'd been to a couple of other hydrotherapists, before High Lane Hydro opened, and there is no comparison. It's brilliantly equipped, superbly maintained and much more hygienic than any other I've seen. That said, the main reason it's so good is down to Emma the owner and hydrotherapist. She is truly committed, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly caring towards the dogs she works with. I am a canine behaviourist and often get asked if I know anywhere offering hydrotherapy, the only place that I recommend is High Lane.”
