The manager Chris was so friendly and helpful and even provided us with rope to tie the boot down (the chair is rather big!). Another staff member called Shayan really went above and beyond and was stood with us in the pouring rain helping us get the chair securely into our car. “Fantastic service from Alexander Jewellery. Ordered a watch yesterday for my son's 18th birthday. Paid the small extra fee for next day delivery and it arrived this morning. “They are great at being fast, efficient, and semi affordable. Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. I wouldn’t say they straight out lie cus their customer service isn’t like terrible, but who knows. Most honest review possible”

Asked if it could be dropped over the back fence. A skilled and extremely helpful driver did just that. Full marks for service and quality in my opinion.
