They were so great at dealing with the problem - sending a replacement before it was confirmed missing by the courier just so I didn’t have to wait too long. “Fantastic service all round. if you don't want to wait a minimum 3 months for a new sofa then this is the place to go. The showroom is stocked with a wide variety of sofas for the picking. Once you decide which one to buy they wrap it off the shop floor straight away and sort out a delivery date quickly and delivery is free too. They are competitively priced but bare in mind these are ex-display/returns/slight defects but looked new to me. The delivery was great too. The driver texted me 3hrs before and called 30mins before arrival. Well deserved 5*. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again.”

“Not a family friendly store. I visited the store with my children who were just sitting on a sofa while I and my wife were trying to find a suitable 3 and 2 seater sofas. A member of staff came to me saying we have a CCTV camera so make sure children do not touch any show pieces as they are over 1k. Given the fact that the store didn’t display a sign that children must be supervised. In fact my children were just sitting on a sofa because I told them that we are looking to purchase a sofa. I found this absolutely rude, insulting and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.”

“Great experience in White City retail park in Manchester. Michael in particular was spot on. Not too pushy with sales but very helpful and pointed us into the right direction and not pushy with sales either. He was so helpful, anything he wasn’t sure of he asked a colleague, making sure he gave us the right information. Such a lovely salesman, so much so when we returned to purchase a bed frame we sought Michael out to make the sale and he processed it perfectly.”
