“Applying for a French tourist short stay visa, the whole booking process has been long windowed but it was doable with a bit of patience. We are due to travel on second week of November 2022, the visa documents were dropped off today 25/10/2022. It's highly unlikely that I will have my passport/visa back in time for the trip but miracles are all possible. All staff I encountered were professional I have no negative remarks to make about any of them. I arrived at 9:05am and I was all done at 9:45am. Compliments to the French-African security person a very professional and yet pleasant and funny. PS. I was unaware that spouses of UK citizens have now to pay the visa fee, although the French embassy doesn't seem to have updated their systems to reflect the change. TLS agent advised that the embassy got it the wrong in the application form which was clearly indicating that I would pay £0 and that since Brexit all spouses have to pay.”

“I came to this dentist after a week of excruciating pain. From the moment I walked in I found the care was fantastic. The lady on reception was lovely. I told her I was so much pain, she got me some water with glucose and paracetamol. The dentist saw me as soon as he could after hearing the pain I was in. I wasn’t due till 2.30 but he numbed me and done the X-ray at 2pm. He took me out of pain within the 1 hour and did a marvellous job. I cannot thank him and his team enough. I highly recommend this dentist for those who are in so much pain. Thank you so much for sorting me out.”

Claire was thorough with the information she gave me and the options I have regarding my treatment plan and was keen to get my opinions and work with me to obtain the best result possible. “I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Paul and the team at the Dental Lounge, they are the most professional and lovely team and they have honestly given me so much confidence and a new lease of life. I visited them to have a smile makeover which involved teeth whitening and composite bonding to create a brighter, whiter more even smile and the results speak for themselves - I get compliments almost daily about my smile!! They use the best products which resulted in my teeth going down around 5 shades after whitening. Dr Paul and team talked me through the whole process and were always on hand if I had any questions or needed reassurance. “Recently we had the pleasure of meeting Natalie who has taken over from Mr Pong. My children are quite apprehensive as far as the dentist is concerned, however Natalie really put them at ease and the appointment went really well. My son had to have an extraction this week, she talked him through everything she was doing and she was absolutely amazing with him despite his fear, as were the other ladies who work there. We even received a call the following day to check how he was doing. I cannot recommend this dentist enough.”
