“I frequent this establishment every 4 weeks to pick my meds up. The guys in the back are always busy . There can be a wait sometimes but never more than 5 mins. The 2 ladies at the front of shop are diamonds. Nothing is to much trouble too help you out.. I generally deal with the ladies with the dark hair. I forget her name. I think it is collette or something near that. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I decided to book for acupuncture after a couple of friends recommended it for fertility issues. I went for my first consultation in March 2018, Andrew and Julie immediately made me feel like they would do all they can to help me. I started with a weekly appointment where Andrew used the wax burner and the needles to help target the fertility areas, I then went to every 2 weekly appointments and along with acupuncture Julie introduced reflexology to me . By August 2018 I was pregnant and I continued to go monthly throughout my pregnancy to have reflexology off Julie which was a lovely treat as i work on my feet all day and acupuncture off Andrew where he targeted problem areas such as back pain or trapped nerves. Last week I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl called Blossom. I can’t recommend The Etherow clinic enough , Andrew , Julie and Yvonne made me feel so welcome and so relaxed throughout my journey and I can’t thank them enough.”

“My kids had a vaccination on Friday with our consent. They were scared for vaccination screamed before vaccination. But after vaccination they are good. Nobody man handled and dragging my kid on floor to take them into room. no one had switched off the lights. Doctor and assistant are very friendly, having fantastic experience how to deal with kids. They gave so many toys to my kids to get rid off fear from Vaccination. I strongly recommend this pharmacy for vaccination for Kids.”

She was patient, through and listened attentively to the description of my symptoms. Some further tests need to be carried out and sent of for examination. I am grateful for the time spent by an understanding, patient and experienced nurse.”

“I've never had any issues here, if you need an emergency appointment just make sure you call just before/on 8am and I've always been able to get one. Dr Anderson is a super GP. The waiting room could be a bit more friendly but outside from that they do the job well.”
