“I contacted Chelsea Flowers in Wilmslow for my mother whose brother had passed away and we wanted to order flowers from his family in Australia. We are all Scottish and so mum really wanted authentic Scottish Thistles and a wild countryside look to the Spray. Kat who worked there provided some great options but alas no real thistles were available from the markets...so using her initiative she mentioned that where she went running there maybe some wild thistles and she would check. Indeed she found some when nobody else could and managed to arrange them beautifully with passion and flare, not to mention personally delivering them for us. “We stayed in this hotel for one night, we got their about 11am wanted to leave our luggage there and go to Trafford centre. The helpful women on reception said she can allocate us a room already which was great. The room was clean, plenty of room for the night, modern, everything you need. We used the facilities at night swimming sauna rooms and hot tub, they was all lovely and clean, felt like it was really worth the money We paid. Surprised it’s only a 3 star could easily pass for a 4 star. Everyone is helpful n friendly. Had food at night and drinks average price for a hotel and nice food. Had football on the tv. No noise during the night. Breakfast was lovely, possibly the best buffet breakfast I’ve had at a hotel, nice and clean. Food was fresh and warm. Lots of selection of food n drinks. Staff shown us around as it was our first time. Never too busy in the breakfast room either. Overall nice stay, would definitely come again. Thankyou”

“Played Mottram Hall today and felt compelled to leave a good review. The course was awesome. Nice wide fairways with plenty of features and character. Interesting greens with tricky pin placements and lots of bunkers to catch you out. The course was in really good condition. I have played a few courses in the area and so far Mottram is my favourite. And it’s long, so plenty of opportunities to use the driver and fairway woods. We paid £25 each for a twilight round mid-week which is an absolute bargain.”

“Since Junaid Jamshed opened in Wilmslow Road, I have been a regular customer and have recommended the store to my friends and family. I have always found Mr Zulfiqar to be very professional, caring and offering a high standard of customer care by paying attention to detail. I have had tailor made outfits for weddings in the past and found the manager to arrange everything for me at short notice. I am not from Manchester, however JJ is one of the main reasons for my regular visits, Mr Zulfiqar and his staff are always very helpful and happy to offer advice needed to help chose an outfit. I think Mr Zulfiqar is an asset to JJs and he makes a difference to the shopping experience by going out of his way to make you feel very welcomed. Thank you 5* service. Mani”

“What a nice pleasant Pub. Met a friend here for dinner, and was greeted nicely with friendly staff. Phone network was not good there (not their fault) which meant we ordered at the bar instead of the App - Which is quicker, easier and friendlier anyhow. Food was good, great value for money, another reviewer stated overpriced, this was £12 for a plateful of well cooked and tasty chicken. Some people expect 5 star hotel food and pub prices. All in all, a typical Pub, yes there may be some beer stains on the carpet or a lick of paint is needed somewhere, you just need to remember it is a pub, not a restaurant. And therefore has a much better atmosphere.”

“Just read a review of someone that their son had to do all the loading and unloading. Not working for this company but as a private hire driver i know that loading and unloading is not a part of our job. We get paid for point A to B. Drivers only suppose to help you if you ask them but thats mainly for venerable people as well again only if you ask them for help but most of the drivers still offer to help if they see you with luggage BUT THIS IS NOT A PART OF OUR JOB. You can also get this information if you call your council. And also if someone send a review that oh my dog wasn’t allowed again thats a driver choice that if they wants to allow the dog or not only guide dogs are allowed”
