They arrived and were the wrong colour (my fault for not checking the label correctly) Karon went out of her way to help me find the matching jacket for the trousers I had ordered from them. Despite lockdown restrictions in the spring 2021, Karl and the team went out of their way to work safely with us to plan our new kitchen. The design by Karl, Mark and Hannah stood out, showing flair but also addressing our concerns of having enough cupboard space and a layout that really works. Chris did an excellent job fitting the kitchen and utility and the project went very smoothly. Ann did a superb job project managing and getting everything sorted with minimum delays. We are really pleased with the overall result and have a kitchen that truly has the wow factor!”

“After having a very very cold bus trip for 4h this restaurant was our salvation. From the outside one does not know what to expect, but once the door was opened we really got surprised. The warm and nice atmosphere inside made us enjoy the delicious lunch even more. The Spätzle tasted truly authentic, but at the same time had a touch of originality. We strongly recommend the Spätzle “Guanciale” (sadly not on the photos), which are a beautiful mix of different countries traditional plates. All in all this restaurant is something different and offers a nice variation of very interesting dishes and drinks. We strongly recommend it :)”

“I've been looking for a fully waterproof full length coat for a while and came across the Baleno Kensington which seemed to tick all the boxes. I also ordered a Jack Murphy Erin as a comparison but returned that due to it being less generous in sizing albeit ordering the same size. I'm generally a size 16, 36DD bust and approx 5ft 8 tall. I found this coat in a country store after searching for a while so was happy to try on before purchasing from Hollands country clothing for £30 less. I'm glad I was able to try it before purchasing online as I went for the size 14. The 16 was too big and less shapely on me. This is why I say it's generous in sizing. I chose the brown colour as I felt it was more dirt savvy than the camel which is a lovely colour but not practical for muddy dog walks. I don't have a dog but you do get the occasional dog who wants to jump up and greet you with it's muddy paws. Anyway The Kensington.. This coat is fabulous. It's stylish, comfortable and practical. Even going down a size I am able to wear a lightweight puffer coat under it for extra warmth. The length is below the calf which is what I wanted so water does not drip in to my boots. The sleeves are a good length too and they can be adjusted to be tighter. On windy days I could not feel any drafts. My only criticism of this coat is that the pockets could be a little lower and slightly deeper maybe with a bit of fleece lining for warming hands. I'm so please I have found this coat after purchasing many others in the past that have let water in. Buy one you won't be disappointed .”

“Fantastic service all round. if you don't want to wait a minimum 3 months for a new sofa then this is the place to go. The showroom is stocked with a wide variety of sofas for the picking. Once you decide which one to buy they wrap it off the shop floor straight away and sort out a delivery date quickly and delivery is free too. They are competitively priced but bare in mind these are ex-display/returns/slight defects but looked new to me. The delivery was great too. The driver texted me 3hrs before and called 30mins before arrival. Well deserved 5*. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again.”
