“Booked to celebrate a 13th birthday and it was fabulous! The teens loved the Upside Down themed room and threw themselves into solving the clues. Lloyd was a great host and gave us lots of prompts and encouragement along the way! As we were leaving the teens were already asking when we could go back! “I’m new to Manchester and have tried several barber shops, yet to be 100% satisfied. My cut and beard was done by a gentleman named Aron. It wasn’t only the best trim up iv had in Manchester, but the best iv ever had! Props to the boys at the shop, very friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend enough and I’ll be back!!”

“Had a very easy process getting my antigen test for my return to the US. Both gentleman were very professional and helpful, in giving me directions to their small clinic (only a few blocks away from the Whitefield Tram station), scheduling my test, and getting my results back to me in less that 1 hours time. Huge sense of relief about my negative test and easy process!”

“Me and my friend have now done 8 rooms here and not one has missed the mark! Each one has been super fun while also not being to challenging. Massive shout out to our game host for Vacancy and Captured! Only issue we've had is when we did 'Captured', the TV's audio didn't work and on some occasions it turned off entirely for a couple of seconds. Luckily at this point we had done so many rooms it wasn't too much of a problem, but it could've really ruined the experience for new players (especially with the clues, we had to keep continually checking the TV from the other room)! Despite that all of our experiences have been really positive and we can't wait to try out even more rooms here in the future :)”

“Well positioned shop, with ample space for the full Rapha range. Usually have good stock of most items and staff are very helpful and friendly. The cafe is also a gem, serving great coffee and a selection of cakes, sandwiches etc. Little pricey, but it is rapha after all! There is usually some cycling on the big screens, and a nice atmosphere. The window bar seats are a great place to people watch over King Street.”

“So welcoming and the clothes always fit me perfectly. Beautiful natural patterns and designs. Menswear is smaller but again great designs. Offers for money off most of the time if you sign up with them. Always have time to sit and have a free cup of tea and a biscuit!”

“Cheap modern and clean set up which was perfect for an overnight stay after going to a gig @ band on the wall ...literally about 100 yards down the road. Nice breakfast by the looks, but didn't partake. Would definitely use again for.the same reason... smack in the heart of the Northern Quarter of Manchester”

“So we get to this place and it was busy, We hadn't booked a table so we were told that we may not be able to dine. As we travelled from Bradford, we were told we could wait until a certain time if the party that had been booked hadn't arrived. Well, the party didn't arrive and we were given a table, I can not honestly fault this place. From customer service to the food service, everything was spot on. It's a Saturday night and considering how busy they were every customer was well looked after with the same level of service throughout. We enjoyed our mocktails and the mains were amazing. We also got a complimentary free dessert and were so touched by this gesture. Danyal who went out of his way from when we came into the place to leaving was a star. Definitely recommend this place you will not be disappointed.”

“Just come back from Tanzania. Week long safari followed by a week in Zanzibar. From the minute we first met Peter Beswick at the Manchester store and booked our holiday right through to the end of our holiday everything has been perfect. The booking process, management of the booking and updated information throughout was well managed. As for the holiday, it was amazing. Everything ran to the itinerary and all of the service providers locally in Tanzania were professional and well appointed. “I've been ordering from here for just over a year. So this review isn't based on one meal. I've never seen a single order dip in quality. Every time has been consistent. The food we order is definitely value for the money and I have not had any issues with lateness. I will continue to use this place.”

“They are great at being fast, efficient, and semi affordable. Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. I wouldn’t say they straight out lie cus their customer service isn’t like terrible, but who knows. Most honest review possible”

“Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable with windows which could be opened even if only a little bit. Desk available in the room. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board also available. Breakfast delicious with cooked options available to order.”

“First time visiting the cinema today. Never been in before. it's huge! The lift wasn't working but there are escalators and stairwells to get you up the different floors. Our movie was on the 3rd floor so we had to go right to the top! There are food and drink kiosks on each floor so you don't need to navigate the escalator holding your drink and popcorn! Seats are very comfy and the cinema was very clean. Lots of toilets dotted about also. We took our own food in and a member of staff came in at the end of the movie with a bin bag so we were able to put our rubbish in on the way out.”
