“Visited Natalie, the hygiene therapist twice now. She measured my gum pocket sizes and compared them with the previous measurements to highlight areas which had improved. She showed me how to use the electric toothbrush more professionally and the gum areas I needed to concentrate on with my toothbrush and tepe brushes. Then she cleaned them. Fantastic service. Far superior to any hygienist visit I had experienced at three other dental practices. Before visiting Natalie, I saw Dr Khurrum who likewise gave excellent advice on how to look after my gums and how to use tepe brushes properly. A first rate dental experience at Holly House.”

Today I saw Qasim. He could see how nervous I was and really was fantastic! Unfortunately I couldn’t have the X-rays due to my anxiety but not once did he pressurise me. However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. “I was suffering from a painful previously crowned tooth. My dentist referred me to Mr Leyland's practice. I found the place comfortable with Peter and his friendly team offering a very good service. I was concerned about loosing the tooth by extraction. However, Peter did a root canal treatment and saved my tooth. Peter is proficient, caring and very experienced. He explained the plan clearly and I enjoyed both my visits to the practice. Following the first stage of treatment I felt a lot better after about 10 days once the infection was gone.
