The two lovely ladies I had were absolutely lovely and so reassuring. They let me have breaks in between my cleaning and were always reassuring me and making sure I was comfortable. The receptionists, nurses and dentists have all greeted and treated me with smiles and consideration. . I had a couple of deteriorating issues with my teeth they have helped to resolve. Steven and his team were fantastic with me as always, they made me feel comfortable, calm and were extremely understanding. Even from the initial call to make the appointment, the lovely lady on reception was so welcoming and accommodating and made me feel they had missed me. I can not recommend Steven and his team enough, they have always been so good with me and where other dentists have failed to be able to get me to have treatment, they succeed in relaxing me by being very personable, and caring. You always receive a first class service and are always made to feel there is no rush, you are their priority. “I’ve changed dentists at least 5 times over the last 10 years due to moving areas and I went for my first check up with Nicholas Potter who honestly has been the best dentist I’ve seen. He’s pointed out some minor issues with my teeth which aren’t urgent but he took the time to explain the potential issues in the future, which make perfect sense. I can’t believe no one pointed them out to before as they are blantantly obvious (receding gum on one of my canines which is not far from the root!) and the back my incisors (front teeth) are concave so he recommended filling them in to prevent build up. I’ve always been wary of dentists recommending work thinking they are in it for the money but he put no pressure on at all, and because he took the time to explain clearly I’m not concerned for the time being but will definitely be coming back to have the work done at some point.”

The dental nurse he frequently works with is equally as wonderful, they are a great team. The reception staff are really polite, helpful and will get you seen as soon as they can. The measures they have in place due to Covid to keep both themselves and yourself as safe as possible are very good.”
