“Popped in to use the bar as we were waiting for teens to finish a birthday meal across the road. There was nowhere open to grab a coffee at 6.30pm on a snowy December eve. Although we were not dining in we were welcomed as any guest and the service was excellent even if it was for only 2 coffees and a beer. We are looking forward to coming back for a meal soon. “The most wonderful shopping weekend I think it's possible to have. Beautiful pastries and fresh bread, a deli counter just how they used to be and a fantastic restaurant with great food and even better service. Why can't all supermarkets be like this?”

“Firstly I think it’s important to note this is a cafe that is connected to a family support centre and counselling service. It’s cheap and it is supposed to be somewhere accessible for people who access the services next door, as well as for anybody who uses the park. I actually came here not because of this but because I had attended a baby class in the adjoining room, so my friend and I had coffee and cake here. It’s a great little place, so cheap and the staff are friendly too. There’s a seating area outside as well for warmer days. It’s a lovely little cafe if you’ve had a walk in the park or want to meet a friend with your little ones. They also offer a range of food and I’ve-cream in summer, but we always went primarily for coffee and cake, both of which were always spot on. We used to go here every week after baby classes, and will continue to do so after Covid. This cafe definitely deserves our support so that it stays open in the future.”

Delicious food home cooked and the restaurant owned by the chef, his mother in the kitchen and his wife front of house. Kid yourself no more this is the real deal and delicious- a must try !!!!”

Also if your lucky enough to qualify for the delivery service they couldn't be more helpful, I called up the other night at 10pm to leave a voicemail to ask for a change to my delivery & Chris answered, I had to go away early the next morning so he said he would try his best to get them to me before I left & he did! “We were booked in to meet relatives for lunch. They were travelling and were massively late. La Famiglia couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They kept our booth for us for the afternoon and wouldn't take payment for the drink we had whilst waiting until we returned later and they put it on the final bill. The service and food was fabulous when the family finally arrived. 100% will be going back.”
