“There are plenty of spaces to park your car. Staff are very friendly and polite. The cinemas have reclining seats, which are very comfortable to sit in, even for watching films for 3 hours or more. This was my first time visiting the Odeon and would definitely visit there again.”

“This hotel is extraordinary. We - two pals - popped in because it was a handy meeting place for a journey further North. I parked in the hotel car park through Just Park but by the time I'd navigated the M6 I was quite delayed. My friend went into the hotel while she was waiting and met with what can only be described as the warmest of welcomes. The atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door tells you that this hotel team cares about its guests and its visitors. They are kind, courteous and go out of their way to help.”

“Had an awesome meal with a mate. Between courses they'd come out with little tasters and you can have a choice of breasts both gratis as part of the experience. Cost more than plenty of restaurants, but not ridiculous either considering it was all very nice. A few reviews mention weirdness with the staff (probably gone now), we had nothing like that. My images show the haddock starter with sweet chilli and ginger, and my dessert. Sorry forgot the pic of my main course, the steak and peppercorn Just note that if you are funny about trying new things with this as a French restaurant, the menu descriptions were in English, and while there's plenty of fancy things, you can still have twists on very English choices. Cost £38 for 2 courses on the Xmas menu, then paid more for desert and drinks”

“Had such a wonderful time experience Sunday afternoon. I had the roast Turkey and my husband the roast beef! The food was absolutely stunning, so tasted and meat melted in my mouth ! The atmosphere was vibrant and cosy and the staff were so attentive! Honestly nothing ! Was too much trouble for the well trained, polite and attentive staff! We have travelled a lot lately and have missed this level of service and kindness, they even nipped next door to their cocktail bar to provide special drinks requests! Thank you so much”

“Stopped here for lunch on my way to Wales. Firstly, Naomi was an amazing host, very friendly and super helpful. Good variety of Tapas and drinks, some better than others, but all very good. I would highly recommend the olives, and the deep fried Brie, and definately ask to sit in Naomi’s section :) Well worth a visit.”

“Had a lovely Sunday lunch with family. They really looked after my mother in law who is on oxygen due to pulmonary fibrosis. Food was lovely and the staff were really welcoming, friendly and fun. The hotel, as you would expect for a wedding venue, does have really picturesque and well kept gardens, and for me it was an undiscovered gem. We will be back for afternoon tea very soon. Food prices on the high side but what I observed served looked very nice and plentiful. Cocktails on a certain deal are two for £12.00 Others a tenner each. Will be back when I'm hungry !”

“We've been meaning to try it this place for a while and it didn't disappoint. The food here is so good and tastes quite authentic South Chinese (I lived in Hong Kong for a while so hopefully I should know). Service is attentive and welcoming with an upscale atmosphere. The range of dishes is good and although on the expensive side, the taste to cost ratio means it's good value.”

“Treetops were absolutely amazing. They couldn’t do more for us. It was a truly amazing stress feee evening for my family and friends. We had a birthday party for my middle son and they were just so helpful. They were very inclusive too. They kept checking everything was okay for me as I am a visually challenged parent. And, they made sure my son who has to use a wheelchair was involved in the party too. I will definitely be choosing tree tops for my next party. Thank you so much.”
