“I've been to this pub a few years ago & found it to be a nice pub with a good carvery. I went there a couple of weeks ago & found it friendly, updated & the new owners trying so hard to make it work. Food lovely and staff helpful. “Pleasant visit on Saturday afternoon, excellent customer service displayed by the guy who was cleaning the plates and washing up, he spotted my boy having a melt down and offered him a small toblerone to calm him down. Not only was this emotionally intelligent and empathetic this natural token of kindness demonstrated excellent customer experience. I will now visit Costa more when I have the chance over other coffee shops. This man is a credit to your organisation. He wa smashing the pots and tidying up with a smile however he did so much more for your brand today.”
