The continuity of care is a massive bonus too, always the same friendly faces at every visit rather than a different vet every time you go like at some clinics. “Put my cat in this cattery for a weekend. He's a shy, nervous cat that has diabetes so put him in for a weekend to see how he'd be before going in for 2 weeks later in the year. The owner took good care of him and he settled down enough for his injections to be done without trouble. One nice thing was when I picked him up the owner gave me a sort of diary of his stay, saying how he'd been, which was good and reassuring. I'm very happy to put my cat back in here again, the facilities are good and the owner is very nice and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals and will care for any cat like it's her own.”

“The best person to leave your dog with! I can’t say enough good things about Debby and how great she has been at looking after my puppy George. He adores her and loves going to doggy day care with her. I know when I drop him off I don’t have to worry and can set off for work rest assured George is going to have an amazing day and be well looked after. After lockdown I was called back into work with short notice and I tried leaving George on his own for a few days for short periods and when seeing how distressed he was I searched for a doggy day care online. After seeing Debby’s reviews I sent an online enquiry and she called me within a few minutes, offered me to pop over there and then to see her house and meet her and now George goes to her five days a week and I wouldn’t want him anywhere else. She has a great set-up in her home and garden where everything is secure and I feel like it’s another home for George where he is shown love and affections as well as being able to socialise with other dogs. He gets lots of exercise, playtime and food and I get to pick him up at the end of each day super happy and pretty tired which is perfect for me after a long day in work. Debby is always accommodating and I know she will always make decisions based on what is best for all the dogs to make sure they are happy and safe. I know there are larger set ups for doggy day-care but what I love about Debby’s house is it’s George’s second home and he will only ever be around other dogs that have been vetted by Debby to ensure they can play safely. Debby sends regular updates throughout the day of George having lots of fun and he is so desperate to get to hers in the morning he barely eats breakfast! I really couldn’t recommend a better person to look after your dog! Thank you Debby!”

She's looked after our dog Elsie many times and has gone over and above in times of need, on one occasion putting in extra time to tale Elsie to emergency vets. As a result I feel very comfortable leaving Elsie in their care. She sends me updates when we're away for full peace of mind. Elsie loves it there and always comes home shattered after a big play with the other daycare doggies. Thanks Elite”

“Amazing care and service provided by Katie and Kyle for my nervous, high energy collie. They really understand dog behaviour and tailor make their approach to the individual dog within a family setting. I doubt I could ever find anyone that are as good as them at their jobs. Would highly recommend. If I wasn’t moving out of the area, I’d keep my dog at their daycare service indefinitely. Thank you so much, both Suzy and I will miss you all :)”

“Paul is amazing he can always be relied upon for punctuality, he has been walking Buster for a while now and I think Buster prefers him to us by the way he squeals with happiness when Paul arrived. He is so caring about Buster and us too he is so reliable and we have no worries leaving Buster waiting if we have to get on and work. We just know that he will let himself in with the keys we have provided and take Buster and the proof is definitely in the way Buster responds to His arrival.
