“Went to private dancing lesson with my partner, the least I can say that it was very joyful experience, instructor was really good and smooth and added another dimension to the dance by make us feel the dynamic of movement which reflected on us understanding the dynamic of our relationship and the degree of harmony between us , honestly an eye opener, wouldn't hesitate to arrange another lesson with him.”

“Salsa de Cuba! Fantastico! The ONLY authentic, Havana university trained dance teachers in Manchester. I have done all of their dance courses except one in the last 5 years. Juan & Susan have also given me the amazing opportunity to participate in many dance performances of which I am eternally honoured to have done. I also went on one of their Cuba holidays which was one of the best experiences ever! Not many dancers can say that they’ve even danced with their dance teachers beautiful family in their kitchen, in the heart of Havana with a live band.....you’ll never experience that on any other Cuba package holiday! “We decided to take a chance & come here for a bite to eat before we were going to the Theatre. We were tempted in by their 50% off food during January. Best decision of the night, we will definitely be going back here. It is a big place and when we got there at 5pm, there were plenty of tables. 2 hours later, it was busy. All the staff are amazing, especially Thomas & Monica. We had the ribs, Beef brisket sandwich and the Big burger. I also had one of the cocktails too. The service is fantastic, friendly & quick. The food and drink was delicious. As we were celebrating a special occasion, Thomas, Monica and the others made sure that it was extra special and a night to remember. I was bowled over by their kindness. It is a place were I will definitely go for food when I'm in town again. I have a feeling that it is also going to be a favourite for my 22 year old son, girlfriend & friends to go for drinks too as it is especially appealing to their age group too.”

“We had our celebratory wedding meal here last summer and could not thank Manish and the team enough for there fantastic hospitality and flexibility. They were kind enough to open the restaurant just for us and our guests for the afternoon. We had thalis and Manish was happy to tailor the menu to meet all our guests dietary requirements. Everyone loved the food which was cooked fresh, was authentic and was full of flavour. The staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help, they even let us do speeches and perform a song and joined in with the celebrations. “I've been dancing at Ballet Contours since January and I can't express enough how amazing Heather is. She is a welcoming, genuine and supportive teacher who encourages each and everyone of us. No matter how many of us are in her class, she spends personalised time with everyone. I leave having an informative understanding of my improvements; my weaknesses that I need work on; and a clearer understanding of my own anatomy. Her teaching methods are inclusive and they deliver results. She clearly puts in alot of time and thought into her lesson plans. I also occasionally have private lessons, when it fits in around life, and I bring my son with me. Heather is so lovely with him, giving him his own space to join in. Heather also takes an interest in what her dancers are upto outside of the studio, asking how we are getting on and even helping me with career choices! Thanks Heather. You're one in a mill!”

I can't say enough about the staff who act so professionally, they are welcoming, pleasant, helpful and they make your time at the facility that more enjoyable. I am very impressed by the cleanness off the place and how great the staff are at ensuring the covid threat is reduced by their awareness and actions to combat this virus. “My friend recommended bijou and have been going for awhile now, I’ve been other places too but I love bijou and went there for New Year’s Eve. Booked a table for New Year’s Eve this was very reasonable in comparison to other places. The place was sooo packed it was a great vibe, everyone looked so glamorous and a friendly crowd. Place - looked amazing, love the decor, style different rooms spacious place. The bouncers even thou so busy were really nice and chatty and made me feel welcome. Drinks selection is always on point there. Staff really attentive and nice and didn’t have to wait long for drinks.”
