La Suerte Dance School
● Open“As a never danced before in my life salsa learner, i was incredibly intimidated by the prospect of trying to learn a few moves. But this school was incredibly welcoming, encouraging and did not give up on me. Honestly,if you are thinking of learning to Salsa Dance, Bachata, kizomba or another of the numerous dance styles on offer........ dont just think about it, get it done!!!.......totally life changing once you start getting into it! Some of the best experiences of my life came by as the result of learning to dance and having such a fantastic school available as a gateway to learning is incredibly fortunate. La Suerte's enthusiastic and Talented Team wont just teach you to do a few moves......they will teach you how to enjoy dancing. Learners, intermediate and advanced are catered for within the school and i can not imagine any possibility of someone finding fault with whats available. Talking from experience as a learner, if you are struggling! just persevere, things may not make sense to begin with, but La Suerte will be there to help you along the way regardless of the pace and all the advice given is the best. Dont forget that classes are not the only thing available, La Suerte offer their own excellent socials where you can turn up without feeling intimidated and are always welcomed, there will also often be people about offering to help or dance regardless of your level, at worst you only need to summon the courage to ask, but most often someone helpful will spot you. I Can not reccomend these guys and the school enough, the teaching is first class and the clients and social circles it attracts are also brilliant. I have now been dancing Salsa for 4 years and going To La Suerte for a Class or a social is always a gift and a good experience.”

School of Electronic Music
● Open“I joined SEM on a whim towards the end of 2019 studying music production & composition with zero knowledge nor experience. I started 2021 feeling equipped and skilled enough to write and produce my first album :) This is a really special school that has been a game-changer for me. The facilities are quality and the staff are a bunch of passionate and talented souls who go that extra mile when it comes to nurturing/developing their students. I wasted no time in jumping on the business module course when i had the chance which has been massively helpful in preparing my campaign. It's always a treat to study around like-minded musicians, so it's very easy to fit in and make a home out of the place. I couldn't recommend it enough and i'll be back when i have some spare cash! Dance Studio 1
● Closed“Alice has been attending dance studio 1 since 2 1/2 years old and is now 15 She went in as a shy toddler and her confidence has grown immensely. She's done numerous exams in ballet, tap and theatre craft. Every 2 years she's taken part in a stage performance open to the public to watch. Since starting high school she’s become a studio assistant. Helping out with all the younger ones. Because of this Alice had just received a recognition at St Monica's for her dancing and kindness in helping others. Her dancing helped her through the pandemic as it continued throughout on zoom. I cant believe how much Alice has progressed since the beginning. It's not just dancing anymore it's literally her second family. Alice is in her GCSE year at school and dancing is her release for when revising gets tough. Exercise is so important to enable a healthy mind which helps with revision. She's made so many life long friends along the way and so have I. Thank you all at the studio for being so lovely, caring and most of all being the best Lynn x”

Footlights Theatre School & Academy
● Open“Our 7 year old daughter attended for 1 week last week during half term. She loved it and was very happy every morning and night. There were plenty of staff and it seemed very safe when I arrived each night. The location was handy as my wife and I both work I different offices on the quays. We travel from bramhall direction and having somewhere close to work removed the usual half term stress of having to get back home in time. The actual set up internally looked fantastic, other half term clubs have been in 'rent by the day' school halls and seemed to not have have the advantage of purpose built resources. All in all, it is well run, safe and our daughter had a lovely week there. Thanks to all the team at Footlights!!”

School of Play
● ClosedWarren Bruce Road, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 1LB, United Kingdom“Our son who is in reception has been going to breakfast club, after school club & holiday club at school of play in Urmston since last September and we simply love it! We know from the moment he goes in until the moment we pick him up in the evening that he is in excellent care and that any messages with the teachers would also be communicated should there be a need. The team is exceptional, they always go the extra mile to make sure our son starts his day in a positive mind set with amazing greetings, understanding his feelings and providing encouragement to make him have loads of fun every day. We don't know how we would do without school of play to be honest!”

Chestnut Theatre School
● Open“Amazing theatre school with a fun, positive, diverse and inclusive ethos. With the most caring and supportive staff My sons have been going to Chestnut Theatre School for 6 years. They absolutely love it. They have so much fun as well as learning a range of drama skills. They have thrived under the support of Sarah and her team who have such a wonderful way of nurturing and supporting young people to bring out the best in them. My boys have grown so much in confidence. The range of activities/games and learning they do with chestnuts keeps them busy and engaged, They have taken part in numerous shows and showcases which they really enjoy. What I really like about chestnuts is that they will always work at the pace of your child. They are not pushy. If your child is shy/and quiet (my youngest one was for the longest time) that's ok there is still a space for them at chestnuts. They wont get lost in the crowd as every child is made to feel like star. And as a mum its really important for me that the clubs my kids go to a not just educational but are fun, positive and supportive. And chestnuts definitely is. 5stars!!”
