We really love his teddy bear scruffy look, so was keen for him to keep this and find a groomer that would truly listen to what I wanted in the cut. Lorraine did not disappoint...she was fantastic. Firstly she greeted Rupert with calmness and you could tell she loved dogs. She got down to his level, introduced herself and put our minds at ease about the process. Her business setting is within a home, helping our pup to relax with a stranger. As Rupert was only 4 months old at the time, she broke up the process with games and snuggle time. Helping his first experience away from our home, be much more enjoyable. Lorraine’s grooming skills are perfect too, she truly listened...Rupert not only smelt gorgeous but could now see properly, got rid of tear stains and looked very handsome. Really impressed with her service, will be taking him back. Thanks Lorraine :-)”
