“Love this place, proper old school gym, good old fashioned equipment and lots of it too, never had to wait for a machine etc as there are so many of them, the boxing room at the back is well equipped with 6 hanging bags and loads of other equipment and yes the plaster may be coming off the walls but it adds to the character of the gym! No nonsense place! The people that use the gym are very friendly as are the staff too.”

There are some occasional and party wear options but due to size of the shop the selction is limited. However the stock is always well updated. Also they stock a good selection of childrenwear for girls considering the size of the shop. Clothes are of great quality and value. Full price stock are usually on pricey side however the same item during sales are of excellent value. Highly recommended.”
