“This is such a wonderful coffee shop and cafe. The guys that run this place are absolutely amazing and nothing is ever too much trouble. All foods can be tailored to your needs, you only need to ask and they will go above and beyond to make your visit a pleasant one, whether it's just for a quick coffee or a hearty meal. It's fun, it's quirky and it's vibrant. It's animal friendly and there's also a lovely little outdoor area to dine. An absolutely wonderful little community gem.”
Petal Bloom Florist Tea Room - Fresh Flowers For All Occasions
“The girls at Petal Bloom designed and supplied our wedding flowers. We were absolutely over the moon with the results when we saw them on the day. We didn't want a "flowery" wedding we wanted just enough for the bridal party and the rest to be rustic with greenery. The girls understood my vision and got it just right! My bouquet was huge, messy and dark ... the exact words I used to explain what I wanted. But it was so elegant and even had streams of burgendy ribbon running from in for that little something extra. I couldn't have asked for more! The boys button holes were perfect ... not too much but went perfectly with the rest of the wedding. The girls were easy, had so many ideas, professional, talented ... I could use all the positive adjectives in the world!! We will be booking for another afternoon tea very soon ... as that is also SPOT ON! If you want somewhere nice for a spot of lunch. This florist and tea room is the place to go! We will recommend you at ever opportunity. Lots of Love ... your new biggest fans. Rach and Rick (Lyons hehe) xx”
Lymefield Garden Centre, Farm Shop and Tea Room
“Lovely staff in the cafe. In fact I wouldn’t call it a a cafe. I would call it a cafe I wold call it an restaurafe. The only down side was our drinks ( mine an extra hot cappuccino) was sat waiting for the waitress to take it to me. Therefore, it was cold when it reached our table. We were very close too where they make the coffee. The food was lovely and I was provided with with a bag for the other half of the wrap I couldn’t eat so I could take home. The Butcher’s had an amazing array of meat. The steak beef burgers that I bought were the best that I have ever tasted. The young lad that served me was very knowledgeable too. The staff in the grocery department were brilliant too especially when I asked the lady for ‘a quarter’ of pear drops ( I’m old school at 53) she didn’t bat an eyelid and gave me my (quarter) of sweets. What can I say? 24ct gold service.”

“After a nice walk down the local loop line and a play on the park, the café in the village is a fabulous place to head for. Warm and welcoming staff, serving delicious hot and cold food. The kids love a nice hot chocolate and sticky bun. The traditional post office is still tucked in the corner for your convenience too. Thanks for being there, see you again soon.”

“I believe this was the coffee shop that started the artisanal coffee shop wave in Manchester. Their coffee is naturally excellent, nice staff but there's something about the chilled 'vibe' of this shop that I love.”
Holiday Inn Manchester - City Centre, an IHG Hotel
“Stayed for a few nights, service from the staff was outstanding, I have very rarely seen such a feindly and dedicated bunch of people. I had a minor heath issue with my wife while staying and the female on duty in the early hours of the morning was outstanding arrange taxi, making sure my wife was OK and supplying advice. This person went out of her way the next day to check up on my wife to ensure she was OK. The young staff working in the dinning area were so helpful and friendly. All staff went out of there way to help and make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel as a 5 star accommodation.”

“Just around the corner, this place stood out ever since we moved in the area! Great coffee, good food with a lot of options for brunch, lunch and dinner. Very good offerings for veggies too. Lovely atmosphere with some dogs always around! Despite lacking on natural light, it’s a warm, welcoming and pleasant place to be!”
