“We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and it is always a great experience. Clean, modern rooms and a good bar/restaurant. Perfect location for events at the AO Arena or if arriving via train into Manchester Victoria. Car parking is £15.00 for 24 hours (a five minute walk from the hotel). Lastly, the staff have always been friendly and professional. All in all it’s a great hotel in a great location for visiting central Manchester.”

This place has everything a theatre can offer with a top rate dining experience. If you haven't been then go and try it out, you won't be disappointed. “Sapporo Teppanyaki is a great place to dine. The food is delicious and a wide variety of items is available. From beef to lamb to fish to veggie options. They confirmed that the chicken and lamb is halal. The taste of their items is also very good. Sushi tastes great as well and so does their dessert. Booking is highly recommended if you want a place at one of the live cooking stations.”

“Difficult to find from Sat Nav but we got there in the end. It was perfect for us as we were there for The Dream Syndicate at Band On The Wall which was less than five minutes walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was busy as some football fans from Germany were there too. Their team got beaten 7-0 off Manchester City so understand subdued.”

Clear commentary and information by the guide and a free map with information on Manchester and the route we took. Such a brilliant memory for us all. I definitely recommend”

“I would recommend the comedy store any day of the week. Staff were pleasant . Place was clean and tidy and in a prime location near to other events in the heart of Manchester. Its quite a large venue which could seat around 200 people as an estimate. maybe they offer to hire out the venue? i dont know but its worth mentioning. Would be back very soon. House beer was great!! Enjoy it!!!!”

“I’m Gna give the stars. Mainly for the service. The food was good. Not like wow factor but tasty and good. For the money..... it’s very good value. The staff are really good. Like really really good! I asked an opinion on a dish the chap servicing me was quiet a big guy. Kept calling me brother and called my wife sister which was really nice of him ..... the guy got the dish out from the kitchen ! Just to show me ! That’s some serious stuff. Really kind. Really cold glass of water. We ordered half chicken and a Parmeasan dish too. I will always go back. I go there a lot but never left a review. But as for my last visit. This is needed.”

“I have been to the consulate to collect my new passport and to ask for help regarding a visa for my girlfriend. I interracted with a few staff members and in the end I was really happy and satisfied after receiving good customer service. The young guy from the passport desk number 6 was really nice, calm and pleasant. I have to mention Amalia, who was very professional and patient while explaining to me and helping me understand what was needed for the VISA process. “I have just finished studying the Professional Musicianship course at BIMM Manchester. I can’t recommend BIMM enough, my experience was excellent thanks to the staff and tutors. BIMM say their tutors all are experienced industry professionals and this is very, very true! I have learnt from their experiences and they have helped me to grow as a person and musician. Having tutors who were amazing at their craft and knew what they were doing really helped inspire me. The student support staff at BIMM are lovely and beyond helpful, they always go out of their way to help you even if they need to do research in order to help. This applies to the academic staff and the careers team, I have always felt comfortable asking them for help and whilst at BIMM have never felt lonely or lost. As cheesy as it sounds, I truly believe that you get out what you put in. So if you hide away, you might not get as many opportunity or meet as many people as if you put your self out there. This shouldn’t be confused with BIMM not doing their job, this is really down to the individual.”

“Had a really lovely evening at Lightopia tonight. A really lovely atmosphere and great light shows. If attending via taxi make sure they take you to the right entrance as we got dropped off by a gate which was locked.”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel after reading previous reviews however it seems the owner's of this hotel have gone to a real effort to turn things around, everything was laid out perfectly for us the bed was made nicely and the bath run really nice with hot water, and with folded towels on the bed and free soap show minor details which would be expected on rooms much more expensive. Highly recommend for families my kids loved it. Also great location.”
