“Our son who is in reception has been going to breakfast club, after school club & holiday club at school of play in Urmston since last September and we simply love it! We know from the moment he goes in until the moment we pick him up in the evening that he is in excellent care and that any messages with the teachers would also be communicated should there be a need. The team is exceptional, they always go the extra mile to make sure our son starts his day in a positive mind set with amazing greetings, understanding his feelings and providing encouragement to make him have loads of fun every day. We don't know how we would do without school of play to be honest!”

“Not a family friendly store. I visited the store with my children who were just sitting on a sofa while I and my wife were trying to find a suitable 3 and 2 seater sofas. A member of staff came to me saying we have a CCTV camera so make sure children do not touch any show pieces as they are over 1k. Given the fact that the store didn’t display a sign that children must be supervised. In fact my children were just sitting on a sofa because I told them that we are looking to purchase a sofa. I found this absolutely rude, insulting and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.”

“I have gotten both my daughters and myself pierced at Lovisa Trafford Centre during the summer holidays and honestly can't fault it! I came on 2 separate occasions and the young girl Amina that did one of my daughters also did my nose. At my age I didn't know if I'd pull it off but I am so happy with it and it makes me feel younger! I could tell a lot of care was going in to ensuring the positioning is accurate and even. Overall it seems very sanitary and the staff were extremely kind when one of my girls felt a bit anxious. Now speaking, all of the piercings are healing very well and she did reassure us that we could pop back in store if we had any further questions. Plus its much cheaper than anywhere else in The Trafford Centre!”

“I've have been a customer with iippy ffor a few months. He helped em at hristmas and this year when my clutch went on my car. Which was a great expence. Thanks to Karl and the team, they were able together someone in to help me get that sorted as I'm a single mum with 2 children and struggle along. These guys are a fantastic team. They strive to get ppl the best help and deals possible they are also very understanding when emergencies happen and will work with you to help where they can.. this company deserves 10 stars not five.
