Costa Coffee
“Nice Costa, pleasant staff, nice and roomy inside. Has some outside parking limited to 1 hour but. Car park close by.”
Starbucks Coffee
“I’ve only used this Starbucks as a drive through. Can get pretty busy and the car park is awkward to que in. Often you’ll end up blocking someone’s car in while waiting in line. I got a seasonal coffee this time - toffee nut which was pretty good. Wait was long however service was pretty quite. Also got some croissant which were nice and warm. Lots have been complaining of cleanliness inside which I can’t comment on however the atmosphere inside look good.”
Caffè Nero
“Excellent branch of Cafe Nero...clean and well maintained and great service. Design is modern and good to have new furnishings . Good outdoor seating too. Courteous staff.”
Foundation Coffee House
“Lovely coffee. Ordered a Piccolo and a mocha (pictured), then a cappuccino with hazelnut shot and Vietnamese (not pictured). All lovely. Rustic warehouse decor and funky eccentric vibe. Fab friendly staff. Great!”
Best OBrass Mossley
“Really comfy and cosy, lovely staff, large projector for the football and sports, great place for groups or individuals as they have booths, benches and tables. Good choices of Beers, Ciders, Ales, Larger, etc. Definitely take your mates or partner for a pint.”
The Clarkes Arms
“Looking for a place to enjoy the night with good people then this is the place. Free pool on Wednesday for those who enjoy a good game with a pint. They also have a team who have won a lot of trophies as well as the darts girls so well done for that. They have karaoke all weekend and then karaoke competition on a Monday which is fun but also you get to see Hyde for some of its good talent. Not often a place for trouble and any time there is any then it's dealt with immediately to allow the good people to enjoy their night. Also run by a brilliant landlord and landlady who are friendly to everyone and join in with the fun.”
The Queens
“Great place for a Pint at dinner. Good beer , good prices , good atmosphere and tony the barman is a great Guy. A credit to the business”
The Forester Pub & Kitchen
“Me and my sister in law took our 84 years old mother for lunch today. Lovely kind, caring staff, we're very helpful. Mum enjoyed her scampi and chips as we did our mac and cheese. Very clean and nice garden area to enjoy. Thank you.”
The Lodge
“Went for tapas with a group of work friends and was not left disappointed! They put a tapas buffet on for us which included starters of salami, Spanish ham, olives, pitta, sundried tomatoes and salsa, followed by gambas pil pil, chorizo, patatas bravas, Meatballs and two types of chicken and garlic bread! Food was absolutely spot on and they accommodated a lady who had a gluten intolerance, she was well impressed! Only thing I'm upset about is not taking a pic!”
Ashton Arms
“Love this pub. Really good selection of beer and gin, staff are always lovely, and they have vegan options on the menu! 2 quid for a vegan cheese and onion toasty, brilliant!”
The George Tavern Oldham
“No amount of stars is enough to explain How awesome this place is, Just love this place on weekends, one of my favourite places to visit on weekends and also the owner is so friendly and welcoming, I would suggest everyone to visit here at-least once, straight or non straight ❤️❤️”
The Friendship Inn

The Horseshoe
“Went in here for a WiFi connection and had a pint so's not to be rude. Lady behind the bar very helpful and beer very reasonably priced. At the risk of stereotyping, I'm guessing this is an Irish bar judging by the majority accent and the general friendliness of the clientele. I'll be back again!”
The Midland
“Midland is one of the good pubs in Stockport and can't fault Mark the landlord for being welcoming”
The Alliance Inn
“Great atmosphere, good vibe, staff was brilliant , enjoyable time spent there”

Royal Oak
“Quite easily the best run pub in Didsbury. Top notch proper attentive bar staff reflect the super high standards of the landlord and lady. Then there's the great value for money with constantly well kept beer in a lovely, friendly and always spotless environment. Do not visit Didsbury without having a drink in The Royal Oak. The standard by which all pubs should be run......”
