Marble Beers
● Open“Marble Brewery are one of the best brewers around in my view. Their new tap has hit the ground running. On my visit, there was Pint on cask, in addition to 9 varied keg offerings and a full fridge. Great use of the space given its purpose and a place I'll return to.”

Been in a few times, the new chef has some tricks up his sleeves , had the steak burger and my girlfriend had the lasagne, probably the least daring choice on the menu and still blew us away! 100% recommend eating here, stayed for a few hours afterwards for drinks too! Staff were brilliant too! Highly recommend!”

VG Bar & Grill
● Closed“Great location by an airfield. We did Ring Of Red around Manchester and called in here for a very welcome cuppa. Incredibly busy with lots of red clad bikers, like we do when we impersonate a giant poppy, ha. Long queue, but on the ball staff who served efficiently. Tea was good and not UHT either, whuuup, whuuuppp. Loads of seating inside and out with great views of a very active airfield. First time here, I'll be back.”

Chinley Bar and Lounge
● Closed“Really friendly "locals" boozer near to Chinley Station and handy for rambling routes. We were staying nearby for a week and were made welcome straight away. Cozy lounge. Bar is more sporty and has huge screen for big footy matches. We watched England v Germany in the 2020 Euros, they don't come much bigger than that.”

The Aviator
● Closed“New Bar/Restaurant opened in Bramhall/Woodford. We was welcomed upon arriving and was quickly shown to our table. Excellent service upon arrival. The waitress came to the table with the menu's and information us with specials of the day. We ordered drinks (2 Coffees and a Large Coke) the Coffees was made perfect, probably the best I've had in a Pub/Restaurant. We ordered from the set 3 course menu £16.95. We chose... Starter: 1 soup of the day and 2 black pudding fritters. All perfect, hot and perfect size. Mains: 1 Fish Cake and 2 6oz steaks and Chips. Steaks should have been mid rare. Unfortunately we had to send the first 2 steaks back as they was well under cooked in fact you could say they was still mooing. The staff handed it in a professional manner and brought back two perfectly cooked steaks. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Pudding: This was perfect. Two Stickey Chocolate Puddings. Delicious. Overall we had a great experience, I can't fault any point of the Experience. The staff and service was excellent and made the afternoon every enjoyable, THANK YOU. We will definitely be going back in the very near future. A small add on: Toilets are up stairs, perfectly clean. Disabled toilets are on the ground floor.”

Lostock Wines
● Closed10 Lostock Road, Urmston, Manchester M41 0PS, United Kingdom“Staff are extremely helpful, great shop selling your daily necessities- milk, sugar etc to your evening tipple. And all at great affordable prices. Staff have worked so hard through this lockdown, and all so that we can have a drink at home during these extraordinary times!! Well done, great service too. Tracy and the day staff are all so lovely and go above and beyond to help in these unprecedented times. Also if your passing, I'd advise you always just nip in as some of the bargains they have on their beer and wines are not to be missed. I would like to just add that for any wine connoisseurs out there, again it's always worth nipping in. Half of the shop is dedicated to wine and the range is amazing from the budget bottles we've all bought at some time to the high end wines. You name it they have it and generally they are cheaper than the supermarkets. Can you tell I love this shop lol, staff always have a smile and a nice word or two. They make my day, or night as the case maybe. The young man Vlad (forgive me if the spelling is wrong) again goes out of his way tJuzst nothing bad I can say about Lostock Wines xx”
