“My wife and I took our girls to celebrate booking a holiday in the U.S. The food was great. "Nicely American" for want of a better phrase. Tasty and reasonable price. The place was very busy (and so quite noisy, hence only 4 out of 5 for the atmosphere). But the team were on top of it with not long to wait for food. Great job. Our 'server', Savannah, was brilliant. So friendly, helpful and polite. Very attentive without smothering us. I noticed every time she passed our table she had a quick look to see if drinks needed refreshing, where we were at with food, etc. She (like the rest of the staff) were working really hard. Really enjoyed it and great food with great service made me want to go back again soon. Thanks!”

“Wow! We had an amazing dinner, and rather by accident. We were trying to drop in at Rudy’s to celebrate some spontaneous good news, but hadn’t made a reservation. Feeling a little gutted, we happened upon Borrello while heading back to Sale High Street… The food was amazing! The pan-fried prawns were deliciously zesty and crisp, and the stewed ribs were just so flavourful and hearty; just beautiful! I had a Mushroom Risotto with Truffle Oil, and my partner had the catch of the day (Lemon Butter Sole with Truffle Chips). Aside from feeling so fancy, the flavours were all perfectly and delicately balanced. My partner finished her meal with fudge cake and ice cream, which she polished off neatly. I was way too full for dessert. The portion sizes are big, in my opinion, but the food tasted so good we put away the lot with no problem. My eyes feel like they’re about to pop, but I’m very satisfied. Excellent service, great atmosphere (lovely decor - the walls are impressive) and reasonably priced too for the experience. We had a great time and hope you do too!”

“I can't rate Sorento Pizza enough! I was let down by my pizza van caterer a week before my party and Sorento were able to save the day with less than 1 week's notice! My order of 50 14inch pizzas didn't faze them at all. I ended up adding an extra 6 pizzas to the order the day before and it was no problem! The mammoth order of pizzas were delivered on time and were piping hot and more importantly they were delicious and all of my party guests commented on this! Thank you so much Sorento!!!”

“Zanete was so helpful when planning the buffet for my birthday party. Its a great room, nicely decorated with plenty of seating. We were lucky with the weather and able to sit on the outside decking, again plenty of seating. Great atmosphere and all staff friendly and helpful. “Having had a previous bad experience here we gave it another chance. So pleased we did got the lunch specials 2 eggs 3,sausage chips and beans, and fish and chips the fish was about a good size well cooked and batter crisp had caramel apple Betty and custard and chocolate brownie for dessert with unlimited soft drinks bill was just over £20 excluding tips service was great. Cheaper than a takeaway and no washing up.”
