“Went for the first time today for just a simple eyebrow wax, but the whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish! I walked in and they were warm and welcoming. Katie was waiting behind the till for me on arrival, even though I was a few minutes early. We went in and she was professional, but super friendly! She told me what needed to be fixed with my brows and confirmed that I was happy with her plan to fix it before going ahead, which was really lovely. We then had a nice chat and I walked out incredibly happy with the results and experience! Will be back again soon and look forward to trying more of their services!!”

The results are stunning - the rooms are transformed but thanks to the attention to detail, they also look as if they’ve always been there. Everything works so smoothly - precision engineering. “Put my cat in this cattery for a weekend. He's a shy, nervous cat that has diabetes so put him in for a weekend to see how he'd be before going in for 2 weeks later in the year. The owner took good care of him and he settled down enough for his injections to be done without trouble. One nice thing was when I picked him up the owner gave me a sort of diary of his stay, saying how he'd been, which was good and reassuring. I'm very happy to put my cat back in here again, the facilities are good and the owner is very nice and I can tell that she genuinely loves animals and will care for any cat like it's her own.”
