“It wasn't planned but we decided to try this Cafe which is in the area Chorlton, Manchester. My wife actually wanted to try some new dish in Vegetables. She ordered "Baba Ganouch Vegetables" (Potatoes, salad, roasted aubergine and humus with Pitta bread) and I ordered "Chicken Shawarma Wrap "with roasted vegetables and fried on the side with chilly sauce. Both items were cooked in front of me and were fresh. We really enjoyed our meal. It's a nice small cafe with good food. At least try it once. I will go again... I am gonna share some pictures which I took at the café of our own orders”

Probably one of the best mocha I've had ever from here, although I do recommend hot chocolate and the other coffee based drinks!”

“Called in for a cake and a coffee. The lady owner was really polite and welcoming. The first thing we noticed was how spotlessly clean this cafe is and seating is comfortable with easy disabled access. There's ample parking for bikes & cars and is an ideal meeting place for anyone heading for a run out being only half a mile from M6 J27. The food though limited is excellent quality and the cakes are to die for. If you're not a petrolhead don't be put off, you'll be most welcome. Try it, you'll like it.”

“Gorgeous cafe. Fits right in with the Underbank development. The coffee is fab and the vegetarian breakfast (smashed avocado with poached eggs and halloumi) was amazing but it's the little touches that nailed it for me: 1. an umbrella stand and a coat stand, ideal when it's a soggy day outside (no dripping all over the cafe) and; 2. a steak knife to cut the sourdough toast. Much underrated. I spotted the cakes as I paid and went back later to sample. The Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake was incredible. Try the mushrooms on toast. Amazing.”

My friends and I went on Friday evening 2nd Dec '22 and saw a wonderful act called 'Ain't Misbehaving', a beautiful and extremely talented singer, an amazing time was had by all. I would highly recommend Florence and Amelia's as a lovely place to meet up and eat and also a fantastic, intimate venue in the evening x”

“I visited this cafe with a friend for brunch on a late Sunday morning. With the classical music on in the background and the gentle conversations from the other diners, it felt so relaxing. “I was looking for some gardening tools in the area and I got hungry, looked around and could not find anything that would satisfy me, and my wife as well, we actually passed this place once as well, until we decided we want to try the food here, I ordered these nice hummus bites made with sourdough bread, the cheese softness and the vegetable crunch was spot on, and after that I had the cous-cous salad with hummus, I can guarantee every single ingredient was freshly added in the salad as I could hear the man over the counter chopping up vegetables, I am mainly a carnivore, but this salad had every single taste that you can think of, slightly sweet and sour from pickled beetroot and pickles, nice crunch and freshness from the vegetables, very tasty cous cous, all that dipped in this very nice hummus, which I think is also made there(would not be surprised), as I was sipping from my decaf coffee, which was tasting very much like actual coffee, even the smell was there, we ordered this very nice pie, that was like eating creamy clouds that would melt in your mouth and make you wish you had more! A brilliant hidden gem, I recommend it with all my heart, if you are passing through or if you are local, if you want to take your special other out for a treat this is the place to go!❤️”
