Friendly service & nice décor, courtyard garden for the warmer weather. Dog friendly. They can also cater for small parties functions etc. Been a few times now, becoming quite a regular!”

“Had an awesome meal with a mate. Between courses they'd come out with little tasters and you can have a choice of breasts both gratis as part of the experience. Cost more than plenty of restaurants, but not ridiculous either considering it was all very nice. A few reviews mention weirdness with the staff (probably gone now), we had nothing like that. My images show the haddock starter with sweet chilli and ginger, and my dessert. Sorry forgot the pic of my main course, the steak and peppercorn Just note that if you are funny about trying new things with this as a French restaurant, the menu descriptions were in English, and while there's plenty of fancy things, you can still have twists on very English choices. Cost £38 for 2 courses on the Xmas menu, then paid more for desert and drinks”

“Only had cake and a drink but service was quick and friendly. Breakfasts looked fantastic and the number of people ordering them speaks volumes for popularity and quality, so don't believe you'd be disappointed. Would recommend and likely have a breakfast next time!”

“After reading some good reviews on this place we decided to try it. We were not disappointed! Food is Absolutely delicious! and very authentic. We had different meals with chicken, beef and prawns and they were all superb. No chewy, oily or greasy. It was just lovely. Staff is friendly and attentive. And yes, like other people have mentioned, the place is not glamourous or fancy but it doesn't matter because you are here for the food which is fabulous. We'll definitely be returning to Chang Noi soon and recommend it to friends and family.”

The hotel, as you would expect for a wedding venue, does have really picturesque and well kept gardens, and for me it was an undiscovered gem. We will be back for afternoon tea very soon. Customers next to us wanted to move tables due to use having a child (quite and we'll behaved I may add) we offered to move due to other kids in seated else where however the staff delt with the situation with no one moving. We were seated in one of the booths which was really comfy and we had plenty of room for 4 of us, there is perspex screens in-between all the seating making us all feel safe.
