For a place that had only been open for two days, it was clear to see there were a couple of little teething problems, however this is to be expected and the staff were so attentive, polite and couldn’t do enough for us. “Went into the Griffin today after not going there for over 2 years. The Cockney landlord was really friendly and kept a good pint of holts bitter.The Beer was 10 out of 10 and I really enjoyed his company. Excellent people Skills with customers and a credit to the holts business. I could have stayed there all day with the friendly environment. I Will be coming back soon”

“Great sports pub! The atmosphere is brilliant on a big match day. Flags up in the window, sport event board outside, bunting and plenty of choice for good viewing! The large projector and black out blinds make for a fab viewing experience. Best experience I’ve had so far. All the staff seemed welcoming and friendly.
