Julian Leiner-Parry put me at my ease straight away and he went to great lengths to preserve the tooth, after I had been told at another practice that it would have to come out. When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient.
