“This hotel is extraordinary. We - two pals - popped in because it was a handy meeting place for a journey further North. I parked in the hotel car park through Just Park but by the time I'd navigated the M6 I was quite delayed. My friend went into the hotel while she was waiting and met with what can only be described as the warmest of welcomes. The atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door tells you that this hotel team cares about its guests and its visitors. They are kind, courteous and go out of their way to help.”

“Andy is brilliant. The personalised level of service and the genuine care he shows for our dog, Bertie, is first class. It is such a reassurance to know Bertie is in such very safe hands. The photos we receive at the end of each day are a delight (we are always very envious of how he manages to take such good pictures). We really couldn't recommend him highly enough.”

“Very nice staff. Beds new and comfortable. We were near the road but it didn’t keep us awake ok some furniture in our room was dated but the beds were great. We had a twin room. We got proper beds not a double and a settee. Very good price we searched for a good price and found this Travelodge. Reception staff extremely helpful and very friendly. We would go back again.”

Daniel completed the paperwork super quickly and efficiently, due to the current climate he recognised people are struggling and did completely free of charge, very much appreciated. Daniel put us at ease was very approachable. Will be booking in to arrange our will, should we require any further services in the future we shall be using Mark Reynolds solicitors. Dave the driver who picked us up during the early hours for our trip to the airport was very professional and considerate to our needs. So very helpful and ensuring we had everything to hand before we left. Simon, who picked us for the return journey was equally professional and considerate. On time and welcoming us both. The vehicle had fresh bottled water and hand wipes provided for our use and even sweets for us to enjoy. The guidance provided for our meeting point at the airport included a short video showing exactly where Simon would be was a great touch. All in all a first class service. Thank you Longfords. “Had a lovely Sunday lunch with family. They really looked after my mother in law who is on oxygen due to pulmonary fibrosis. Food was lovely and the staff were really welcoming, friendly and fun. The hotel, as you would expect for a wedding venue, does have really picturesque and well kept gardens, and for me it was an undiscovered gem. We will be back for afternoon tea very soon. “Some Pizza Express are terrible, this is the exception, staff were brilliant, menu offers gluten free options. Try the ricotta and date desert, it's awesome. Only thing is that many pizzas had smoked veg/meat. I can't eat smoked food due to allergy so my choice was limited a little.”
