As part of the problem my order was designated as collect, but I wanted delivery. The branch was closed , so phoned next day to rearrange delivery, this was done with no problem. As an aside the fence panels were mad by Grange, approximately £4 dearer than those sold by most diy stores, but the difference in quality is like chalk and cheese !
