“I used this company back in 2019 when there was some damage to my car through no fault of mine. (It was an insurance job). They were recommended to me. All were friendly and professional, Paul answered all my emailed questions without delay. The car was in for 4 days, a courtesy car was provided too. The bodywork repair was excellent and they helped out with another bit of trim as well at no extra charge. It was perfect. I took another trip over this week for some advice on a car I had purchased last week, that had a trim issue, they fixed it in no time. “There's only one word to describe Simon's service and that is excellent! Our 17 year old Siemens washing machine developed a fault and I was quite expecting Simon to say that it was too old to be repaired. No such thing! He said it was built like a tank and probably last another 10 years. There was no song and dance, no intake of breath, Simon just got on with the job with no fuss. He was polite, courteous, honest and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation recommending Simon.”

Sadly the cost to replace the part for our dishwasher (£300+) meant it wasn't worth doing the repair as the machine was around 10 years old. Colin recommended it would be better value to buy a new one. Although he visited us, and called us later to give us the quote he waived the site visit fee which I thought was extremely kind and decent - considering we weren't going to use their service. Superb company, and one I'd have no hesitation to recommend.”
