I have been unable to get an answer on the phone, nor access the e consult for weeks at my surgery. We are not allowed to visit the surgery to make an appointment. In desperation I phoned the Spire, made an appointment to see a GP. I have seen Dr Coogan twice, had extensive blood tests, had all my questions answered and given advice to follow up. I could talk to him, felt very much at ease and do not regret one penny. This is what I will do in future, he is fantastic. I am lucky that I can afford to pay for a certain amount of treatment, and I shouldn't have to do this. But I am 78. It is quality of life, and worth every penny.”

“Sadly on Saturday evening. I recieved a call from the vets. Saying my cat had been in an rta and sadly had passed away. I was distraught. Cannot thank the staff who let me go and see him. Such care was taken to keep his dignity. Unfortunately the car did not stop. But a lovely couple( I was told) took him in I can't thank you all enough you gave me chance to go and see him. We have buried him in our garden. Once again. Thankyou all for your kindness”

We took our fur baby Dillan at around 3am in an emergency who was in a lot of pain, the male vet that took care of him was so caring and empathetic, and sadly we had to say goodbye to him that night. The whole ordeal was made that bit easier on us, as we knew he was in good hands. We can't thank you guys enough. These vets really care about the animals in their care.”
