“Went to the urmston service station today as wanted to renew my road tax and found out that the MOT was due up. The mechanic Ian said they could fit me in today and remembered that i lived two roads away so he drove me home due to my mobility difficulties and returned my car home within a couple of hour's with the new MOT certificate and the card machine to pay. I cannot praise this company enough and a big thank you to Ian for going above and beyond in assisting me. Thank you so much”

“Staff are nice always want to help you but are limited on stock and what they do have is quite pricey they shut for dinner for an hour and shut at 6.00pm but because itus over the road from us I sort of take it or leave it if you donot want to go back out and they also do prescription as well I do not use it so cannot tell if they are any good with them”

I was so impressed with the Hairbank that I asked Ria to do my bridal hair (extensions too - which I wouldn’t have known where to start without her advice) and my bridesmaids, all of which stayed in position for the day and night and looked beautiful. I’ve had many styles over the years and different colours from their Matrix colour masters. Ombré, balyage, peach, ash brown, platinum blonde, all with different cuts and shapes and never been disappointed and always followed their professional guidance. Couldn’t recommend Ria and the Hairbank highly enough - please never leave Urmston!”

“I attended the dentist yesterday for a check up with Dr Alex. He was thorough, clear and very professional. I am very anxious when it comes to having X-rays taken and he was very understanding and put me at ease. He also explained how to use little brushes in-between my teeth which I have never been shown before.”

“The guy who's gave a bad review brought in a kit all smashed up which he's put a picture up of it and as you can see it has another tank on it as he'd smashed the original which was his own fault after dropping it, he wanting a replacement for free and started threatening a staff member and that's why I shouted at him, got a taste of his own medicine and was barred from the shop and now gave a bad review. Police were notified as we have CCTV. The other guy who's gave the other bad review brought in his kit that he'd dropped and broken himself and wanted an exchange, was his own fault and that's why his kit wasn't replaced. Bare in mind he'd already exchanged his first kit which we gave him as a good will gesture. The guy who gave the other bad review has never been in the shop as he lives in London, he works for another vape shop so he's gave 2 stars to discredit the shop.”

The manager Chris was so friendly and helpful and even provided us with rope to tie the boot down (the chair is rather big!). Another staff member called Shayan really went above and beyond and was stood with us in the pouring rain helping us get the chair securely into our car. “Delicious food everytime. Tonight we ordered and were told it would be about half an hour. Ten minutes later opened the door to hot fresh food. Bang on with every item. Particularly love that they do sesame chicken toast as well as a prawn one as I hate prawns but the chicken one is amazing.”
