“The 5 stars are for the shoes and young man who served us, not the whole experience. I took my grandson for his 1st pair of shoes. The member of staff who actually served us was great. He was patient, helpful, and didn't seem to get stressed when baby didn't want to have his feet measured, he couldn't have been any better, just a very nice young man, along with another male member of staff who offered extra help. I had a bit of trouble getting out of the shop. They had a barrier and a lady manning it. For some reason she mustn't have been able to see two adults with a pram waiting to get past her in her peripheral vision, another member of staff shouted her to get her attention, she then moved to the side but didn't move the barrier, when I mentioned I wouldn't be able to get the pram out she moved it a little to give us the smallest space to get out.(I work in retail so I'm always polite to staff as I know how hard it can be when dealing with customers. For some reason she wasn't being helpful at all.) Apart from that, we were very pleased with the service from the 2 young men who served us and the shoes.”

“Big shout out to Karen! My 3 year old boy was really nervous about having his feet measured, and got a bit upset. She was so kind caring and patient, measured his feet without too much fuss, and even managed to get him giggling and skipping with excitement with his new shoes. She had so much time for him, even letting him scan his own shoes on the way out, and checking that his current shoes fit ok. There were people waiting to be served, but Karen took the time with us, we didn’t feel rushed, and we left with a very happy little boy. Thank you so much”

Ladies and child ware is on the ground floor, menswear is on the first floor. Store doesn't always have the full range but they will help you to order anything you want.”
