Comfortable retreat in Radcliffe

“Samson and Nala spent 5 months with Helen and Jan, we initially thought it would only be a few weeks until we bought our house. It was an emotional time being separated from our fur babies, Helen and Jan cared for us as well as our cats, we visited often and always had a cup of tea and a chat. The rooms are amazing with lots of toys to keep them stimulated, they changed rooms for a change of scenery, Samson has a history of having a sensitive stomach and was fed top quality food, their emotional needs were met with lots of daily cuddles, we were kept updated and any problems Helen would let us know. Helen and Jan have a genuine passion for cats, we were so happy with their care. The day we picked them up was emotional for all, Samson and Nala are now settled in our new house and we will always be so grateful for the love and care of our fur babies. “been here with partner s few times for breakfast and it’s very good and staff very polite and friendly. been in for a brew and a cake too and i can’t fault it and apartments look lovely like the peachment place apartments and other bistro , peachment is a bigger one the manager there in the bistro is trying her best but the young staff are still learning and not the quickest but hey i’m sure it’ll get better soon , i think it’s very handy for the residents and not much cooking and i’d live there definitely.”
