The design by Karl, Mark and Hannah stood out, showing flair but also addressing our concerns of having enough cupboard space and a layout that really works. Chris did an excellent job fitting the kitchen and utility and the project went very smoothly. Ann did a superb job project managing and getting everything sorted with minimum delays. “My husband and I drove for 4 hours to try out Loaf sofas and it was very worthwhile journey. The staff immediately offered us a welcome bottle of chilled water, they let us browse but were attentive when we had questions, they were very generous with their time but with absolutely no hard sell and they were very knowledgeable about the products. We returned home very content with the sofa, armchair and chaise we have chosen and we look forward to seeing them in our new home. “This is a beautifully decorated, rustic, enchanting hotel. The 400 year old building is very comfy and warm. An extremely relaxing environment. A fairytale feeling to the aptly named Wizards retreat. Welcomed by the owner Ian and introduced to the area, given plenty of ideas for eating and day out opportunities. The suite (Merlin Suite) was extremely comfortable, warm and a delightful place to stay. Cake, biscuits, teas and coffees and toiletries all included and of a high quality. Just an absolutely delightful stay which we plan to repeat to experience one of the other suites there.”

“We have used the pet boarding for our two guinea pigs several times and would never use anyone else. Tanya is amazing with the animals and they are looked after exceptionally well. The extra services are also great as the piggies usually come back smelling and looking fab!”
