“So it has now been over a year that I have been taking my dog to Barkside twice weekly. And I can report that they remain firmly in my mind as the most fantastic doggy daycare I have EVER come across. Each member of staff is absolutely lovely. And you can tell loves dogs and cares for them as if they were their own. The place is immaculate. And my dog is always daisy fresh and happy when I pick him up at the end of the day. In fact in the winter he often doesn't want to leave as they have heat lamps keeping him lovely and toasty. Lol. I literally couldn't recommend this place more highly.”

“What a fantastic service! We needed a bed fast. They sold is a decent one at a good price and delivered 2 hours later. They also returned to help put the bed together when we had a problem Friendly and helpful people. A fine example of how all companies should be run!”

“Another visit another comfy stay. Initially given incorrect rooms but attended to very well by front desk. Great breakfast and friendly service. Bar service again a bit hot and cold. Not sure why but still to be made to feel welcome and comfortable by the staff in there ?”

“One word to sum up Ivy and Duke - Outstanding!!!!!!!!..........We received our Lounger last week and are completely overwhelmed with the quality and service that we have received from Ivy and Duke. Its often difficult to find a suitable bed for our boy given his size and something that fits in nicely within our home. We were unsure which bed to order, but after a conversation with Charlotte and Zara they helped us decide on the best option for Otis-beau (our large golden retriever). Our order arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. The fabric and design are of a superior quality and the best bit is, its completely washable. Only the best will do for Otis and as you can see, he absolutely loves it. Highly recommended!!!!!”

“We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and it is always a great experience. Clean, modern rooms and a good bar/restaurant. Perfect location for events at the AO Arena or if arriving via train into Manchester Victoria. Car parking is £15.00 for 24 hours (a five minute walk from the hotel). Lastly, the staff have always been friendly and professional. All in all it’s a great hotel in a great location for visiting central Manchester.”

“Rukiya and Beverley both provided amazing service. The minute we stepped foot, we felt very welcomed. They both took the time to explain the menu and ensured we were served in a timely manner despite it being a very busy Sunday afternoon and ordering as a large group of 6. As a Muslim, finding a halal place was important to us, everything meat based was halal! The food was very fresh and delicious. We were also served tasty hot drinks (e.g. Masala drink) - just what we needed after a long cold weekend hike. My favourite dessert was the cheese based scones with cream and chilli jam. Very accessible from the main hiking trails. I will definitely be coming back.”

“This location has two Hyatt's the Hyatt House & Hyatt Regency. Offers free breakfast, the Laureate restaurant is excellent! The rooms are beautiful and large. We stayed in the Bed & Breakfast part of the Hyatt House room 1316. The rooms were up to date and very clean.”

“Very reasonable price and fantastic location. Room was spotless and good amenities. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Free wifi and tv in each room. Also spotless. If I had to fault, the maid walked in in the morning at 8am, she did knock and walk in but I didn’t think I would need to put the “don’t clean” sign on the door as we were only staying one night. But overall a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again!”

“As always, the same high standard as I have come to expect from Premier Inn. The room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was a good base, just a short walk from Spinningfields and the cocktails we had enjoyed earlier in the night. The hotel also had an option to store luggage once we checked out. They asked for a donation for this, which we gladly paid as all the money went to their chosen charity!”

“I needed a place to stay for one night, close to the airport, and this Holiday Inn proved to be a great choice. Not only it's close to the airport/train station (so you don't really need a taxi if you are travelling light) but it's also new, beautifully designed, clean and with lots of different tasty choices for breakfast. I've also had dinner at the restaurant and the only thing I would say is that maybe the price was a bit high compared to the portion of the food. Something that I really liked - the eco part - is that the key cards are wooden instead of plastic and the toiletries (shampoo etc.) were in refillable containers.”

“Fantastic location!!! If you're going to see a game at Old Trafford this spot couldn't be better. The hotel feels newer and clean, check in was a breeze, and breakfast for a Hilton Garden Inn was quite good. Will definitely stay again.”

“I came from London to watch a football game, the Hotel is right next to the Tram station, St Peters Square which was amazing and made everything easy, also is was like an 8min walk to the Shopping Centre and all other shops which made it easy. The Hotel staff were nice, the lounge was chilled and comfortable, the room was modern, clean, a bit on the small side but doesn't really matter since I'm not living there, the bed was so so comfortable and a clean and powerful shower. I've been to Manchester a few times now and this was the first time I stayed in this hotel and I will definitely be making it the hotel I stay at from now on.”

“Great location, right next to arndale and printworks. Really clean, all staff were pleasant. Very secure, have to use fob for building floor and room entry. When we found a tin next to the beds with ear plugs in we thought we may get noise from the stree and bars across but honestly heard nothing at all, we were on second floor. There were a few car parks near by but it is walking distance from Victoria station. Doors are heavy and closers on them make them slam quite loud. Needs more milk for drinks, next time we will take our own. Very warm in apartment but all radiators have individual thermostat controls, it was nice to people watch the people leaving printworks in December seb zero temperature while in a cosy apartment.”

“After staying here with my husband in the summer we returned last weekend to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel is really great, central location so easy walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops and just round the corner from Chinatown and the Gay Village. Both times the rooms have been lovely, we went for a bigger room the second time we visted as the standard rooms are a bit small (but very comfortable). The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the hotel even set the room up with a special complimentary anniversary treat for us. Breakfast and the bar are both nice too. Price is reasonable for a nice, central hotel and having stayed at a lot of different hotels in Manchester I'd recommend it as a fun place to stay. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again next time we're in the city!”

“Such a beautiful, historic (and modern) hotel! The hotel is Located within the Corn Exchange, giving immediate access to so many cool restaurants. I was upgraded to the incredible Guinea Suite! My suite was sooo quiet, no sound intrusion from other guests or street noise. I was only there for one night but I would definitely stay here again. When in Manchester, book here!!!”

“Really loved staying here. The room itself was very nice, stylish, functional and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, the kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your own meals (not that I cooked), and the wifi was very reliable. I was booked here by work to stay here for 3 nights and I was able to easily book an extra night myself and the hotel staff were able to easily arrange for me to stay in the same room and not have to check out and in again. I will likely stay here next time I'm in Manchester. The only negative thing I would say is that the lifts are slow or there are not enough of them, because I always had to wait and there always seemed to be people waiting to use them.”

“I was with the sales advisor, Alicia. I have to give her great credit for being patient with us. We were very demanding and had a specific set of sofas that we were looking for. We tested everyone for a good 2 hours but she patiently waited and helped us to get the right sofa for us. Couldn't have asked for better.”

“Stayed for a few nights, service from the staff was outstanding, I have very rarely seen such a feindly and dedicated bunch of people. I had a minor heath issue with my wife while staying and the female on duty in the early hours of the morning was outstanding arrange taxi, making sure my wife was OK and supplying advice. This person went out of her way the next day to check up on my wife to ensure she was OK. The young staff working in the dinning area were so helpful and friendly. All staff went out of there way to help and make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel as a 5 star accommodation.”

“Great reasonably priced hotel, you always know what to expect with a Premier Inn and I think this stay was a little better. We only stayed for a night but felt taken care of, and made use of the features of the Premier Plus room, including the mini fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. After we arrived I went back down to ask if we could get any soya milk to make tea/coffee with, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, and got us some from the kitchen to take up and use, and they definitely weren’t stingy about it, we got a litre! Mini fridge came in handy there. I’d highly recommend this hotel and the staff were just great. Also if you park in the MediaCityUK multi-storey car park adjacent to the premier inn, make sure you get your parking validated at reception to bring the price down to £11 for 24hrs”
