I’m quiet agree it’s the best coffee in Manchester. The coffee tasted rich, sweet and smooth. If you want to try the cakes there, remember to visit earlier. So sad for me couldn’t try the cake because I visited late. All sold out ;( I will come early next time xoxo”

The Snug
● Open“Quirky with a vintage twist. I love this little café. It's so inviting and you can smell the beautiful food as you approach. The new location is definitely better for size. There's seating inside and out which makes a change for this area. I love the shear selection of tea and I'm slowly trying to work my way through them all. So far my favourite is the fairy wings tea. They also have a great milkshake selection. The bacon butties are amazing. Plus the homemade cakes and scones are a must try.”
-
The Lime Kiln Cafe
● Open“Fantastic place to enjoy a bite to eat with beautiful views, delectable dishes and wonderful and upbeat staff. Well worth a visit and right on the canal, a gem on the outside of the village. If you're travelling by car there's not much parking so try to find somewhere nearby or park in the village and walk down the canal. The were a good selection of choices available on the menu including a comprehensive number of drinks to choose from all for reasonable prices. It appears to be a popular destination but they do have plenty of tables so you may have a short wait but it's worth it. Outside by the canal most of the seating is for 2 people but there are a couple of tables for bigger groups on the side and out front. Inside there are plenty of tables, upstairs has great views. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. We will definitely be returning!”
