“I go in this Costa fairly often, and have for many years. The staff have always been exceptional, the best in any cafe I've ever been to, with only one or two exceptions and they in the last few months. Overall, they have the knack of choosing incredibly helpful and polite individuals. The cafe itself is not as clean as it used to be (cobwebs on windows and debris behind furniture for long periods) but they are always incredibly busy and I have no doubt they do their best. The staff are wonderful with the regulars, the elderly, and people who can probably be quite a trial to deal with! I've listened to them deal with odd customers with unfailing politeness and calmness.”

I got to smell the jars and decide which one I liked the most, then my bag was weighed to order so you can decide how much to spend on a bag! Will definitely be back. Only place I've found in Ashton that does speciality coffee like this. Hopefully one day it can move into a larger, permanent space.”

Exceptional customer services, real empathy towards my little boy who has autism, understood where i was coming from, accomodated us with upmost respect very pleasant and cheerful to speak with (service with an absolute SMILE!!) and a real aabsolute Starbucks, just what you need thr right kinda staff for the job! (David even came over to us to ask how our drinks were and if there was anything else he could!!) Amazing! Couldn'thave done enough for us made us feel really comfortable and at ease....He deserves an absolute payrise and 5 Stars for his Exceptional customer services!
