Toby had a bad experience previously at a different groomers which left him quite traumatised and extremely reluctant to be groomed, the girls at Sammy's did such an amazing job and were so calming even though he was very agitated and snappy (Toby's sorry)! I'm so glad I've found Sammy's and have already booked him in for his next pamper session. Highly recommend this place; the shop is so clean and smells divine! The prices are amazing aswell! ● Closed“I ordered a punching bag with pull-up bar bracket from amazon and it was faulty. when i called AQF Sports through the google my business page, a gentleman by the name Fahad answered and he helped me arranged the return process step-by-step on the amazon app. The next day i had a Yodel collection for the item and gave me a new bracket. I mistakenly added an extra item to the return parcel which was the chain for my punching bag, when I called Yodel customer service, they were completely useless and repeatedly lied. So then I called AQF luckily for me the same AQF agent (Fahad) answered I explained what had happened and he arranged for my chain to be sent back to me free of charge. This was true customer service/support at its finest. AQF please recognise Fahad as he is an asset to your company, he made a stressful situation very easy.”
