“Heyyy, I just wanted to say I'm sooo pleased I booked a personal shopper appointment it's the best choice I made. Walked out 2.5hrs later after ordering three outfits and your service was undoubtedly first class! My appointment was an hour long and when customers started coming in and the shop was busy I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure. I ordered outfits for my sils wedding 8 years ago when you were working from home and it's lovely to see your business grow whilst still holding the same values and having customer satisfaction at the forefront. “The 5 stars are for the shoes and young man who served us, not the whole experience. I took my grandson for his 1st pair of shoes. The member of staff who actually served us was great. He was patient, helpful, and didn't seem to get stressed when baby didn't want to have his feet measured, he couldn't have been any better, just a very nice young man, along with another male member of staff who offered extra help. I had a bit of trouble getting out of the shop. They had a barrier and a lady manning it. For some reason she mustn't have been able to see two adults with a pram waiting to get past her in her peripheral vision, another member of staff shouted her to get her attention, she then moved to the side but didn't move the barrier, when I mentioned I wouldn't be able to get the pram out she moved it a little to give us the smallest space to get out.(I work in retail so I'm always polite to staff as I know how hard it can be when dealing with customers. For some reason she wasn't being helpful at all.) Apart from that, we were very pleased with the service from the 2 young men who served us and the shoes.”

“The staff were actually amazing. They had great energy, easy conversation, overall I'm extremely impressed. I went in when there was a sale (getting rid of summer stock) so some clothes were even £3.99 from £23.99. Quality of clothes seem to be good. The environment is very welcoming with great music. Overall really enjoyed the experience.”
