“My daughter bought a house 9 years ago with bespoke bedrooms already fitted by Rothwell and Thomas (they have labels inside) so no idea how old they avtually are. We have just done a makeover in grand daughter's bedroom and needed some spare parts that I couldn't find on the web so I cold contacted the company by phone for advice and they not only helped by giving advice they gave us the parts and refused payment. . Result - Makeover finished, 7 year old grand daughter happy. They made it clear the parts were not very expensive but it was such a kind and unexpected gesture that I felt the need to write this totally unsolicited feedback.”

“My wife booked this accommodation for Sidewinder festival and we are really pleased we did! Firstly we needed to book an additional room at fairly short notice which they were happy to accommodate, secondly the room was clean, very modern and spacious, thirdly Colin the caretaker was brilliant! Giving us tips about taxis to the festival, ensuring we were happy with our stay when we checked out early and posting my retainers to us when I forgot to pack them! Thank you so much Ashcroft Apartments! You will be our go to place when we go up to Manchester again”

“Took the kids to an event at MMU last night. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they are really polite and helpful, great with the kids too. The wrestlers had great stories and injected humour into the situation. They were always willing to pose for pictures which my son loved. They got the crowd involved throughout leading to a really good atmosphere. The cost of the tickets was very reasonable and we all had a great time. If you fancy a laugh and a couple of beers with mates then go and see them. Well worth the money, a great night out. Well done FSW ❤️”

“Daryl & Paul are fantastic with their furry and feathery holiday guests. Our budgies have stayed with them a few times and always look healthy and happy. The pet housing is immaculate and so well thought through with layout and hutches/cages.”
