Staff were friendly and welcoming and the food came in a very reasonable time, great value and cooked to a very good standard. The children's menu offered choice and well-sized portions. “For local residents: the pharmacy located at Shay Lane Medical Centre is now closed, and it appears to have relocated where Lloyds Pharmacy used to be on Hale Road, opposite Booths (it's the same staff, and you can still get your repeat prescriptions arranged through them). The opening times are unfortunately not as generous as the previous ones, when adjacent to the medical centre: I often thought that it never closed!”

“You book a 15 minute slot and he does a fast and very decent repair for a good price - brilliant. Used for 2 repairs already! Only thing I’d say is not to bother with the screen protector as it makes your touchscreen very unresponsive so ended up having to remove it.”

“Lively but not noisy, people and pets gather to share food, nearby stalls sell snacks and hot food, and even flowers and fruits coexist with fine wine. I love the atmosphere and space, but unfortunately I just passed by this time.”

“We needed somewhere to crash for an extended period of time before a flight. The staff here were very helpful when we arrived. We can not fault the guy on the phone and the lady on site for how good they were to us. The room was a lot more spacious than expected and it had the cricket test on the telly. The bed wasn’t amazing, but the room was cheap so we were not expecting the Ritz. We got lunch nearby at San Carlo, which was very close and tasty.”
