When I asked why it had taken so long they were able to explain that they had been waiting for parts and had many photos to document the work that is done. “I have had my princess wishbone ring for just under two years and yesterday the top of my ring came off, i was upset as i haven’t taken it off since i bought. i went into the bolton store in the market place just to see if they could do anything to repair the ring. i was served by Ethan and he was very helpful and could tell her wanted to help. he said that he could send it away for a small fee for it to get repaired and i agreed. he then came back from the office and told me the ring couldn’t be repaired but as a gesture of of good will i could have a new one for nothing. i was over the moon and very appreciative as i never take this ring off as it’s my favourite. i was devastated when it broke so this act of kindness from the bolton pandora store and this young man meant a lot. they didn’t have to anything but they did and they went out of their way to put a smile on my face . thank you so much leia xx”
