“The shop is within walking distance from where I work, so decided to pop in for a quote. Had caught my engagement ring in the freezer drawer! It was one mishap too far and the stone popped out of the claws. Utterly devastated I sought advice from a lovely lady who advised me the ring would be sent off for a free estimate and costing for the work. They didn’t disappoint. I received a text with a price and a time, if I was happy to go ahead, when my ring would be ready. It looks like new! I’m certain it has been cleaned and the small repair has been flawless.
