Glyn has an amazing way of making our dog want to learn and listen, skills he is very patiently trying to pass to us. We all love the lessons and come away with new skills to practice each time. After having a puppy during lockdown, with no way of meeting new people in his first year, Glyn has been absolutely brilliant with his over excitement issues. “First of all, a big thanks to Nanette for such a brilliant day! My partner booked the birds of prey experience for both of us as a Valentines Day gift and it was full of knowledge and fun! It was easy to see how much passion Nanette has for wildlife which we admired and we even put to bed any bad opinions on vultures as Nanette wanted to showcase how these birds are actually quite funny and interesting regarding how they have their place in disease prevention in third world countries. There are so many birds here and all are beautiful and have their own character. Thanks again for such a great knowledgeable day and we’ll definitely be back soon for the Meerkat experience! “I have just moved to goostery and popped in to get air in tyres checked as it didn't feel like it was driving right. Amy was very helpful and just said pop in whenever and they'd fit me in and Adam was brilliant and checked my oil and water too. Best part was meeting coco and tilly and even got a loyalty card for a free oil and filter change. Definitely going back!”

Last time I just needed mineral oil to season a chopping board, walk in and get a friendly greeting, I'm telling him what I'm looking for, he points me to the isle, comes over to help without needing me to ask, then when I tell him I need food safe low/no odour, he grabs two options from beside himself without looking. “I love coming here with my little one! The food offered is really thoughtfully made for babies and children. They offer a variety of dishes such as a snack plate (containing cut fruits and veg, breadstick, raisins etc) and also a 'hidden veg' pasta which is a great success with my LO. The staff are soooo friendly and kind - they always stop for a chat and are a real pick-me-up if I've had a tough day with LO. The cafe is sectioned into different play areas for LO's to play safely while you wait for your coffee. Highchairs are provided and the tables are always clean. This is such a safe and caring environment for mums, dads, grandparents and kids!”

“Firstly the much stereotype criticising secretary's does not apply at the surgery. They have always been kind and considerate when dealing with any issues I may have and very professional. I find the Klinik online system to be one of the best systems a surgery can use for those that have Internet access. If I am needed to be seen then a doctor may in the first instance contact me by phone but if I am needed to be seen then they will do so and on may occasions it has been the same day. Every Doctor I have dealt with has been great an”
