“Mariyum, thank you sooo much! After a rough few days I decided to treat myself to a bit of pampering and get my eyebrows threaded. I have very sparse eyebrows and have never really found the right person who understands the word “ a tidy up , do not reshape”. However took my chances with Mariyum and I’m so glad I did. One of the best experiences with my eyebrows I’ve ever had ( even at Harrods ). Mariyam listened carefully and then calmly told me to relax and she will work her magic and she did. For some reason I barely felt any pain and after some careful and very patient threaded she left me with the most amazing eyebrows, they’ve never looked this good! Best part was the head massage. Wow, what a talent. I really hope she’s a permanent member of staff, she really was amazing ! It was that good I called my daughter over who doesn’t let anyone touch her eyebrows, Mariyam got her seal of approval! Highly recommend a pamper session with Mariyum, I’m over the moon with the results !!”

“Great Customer Service from Adrianne the Store Manager last night. Ordered a Watch online, unfortunately it was delivered not working. Dissapointed, I contacted customer services via email who responded promptly. Rather than post it back I decided to go to my nearest store at Trafford Centre. Adrianne was very attentive and gave me a number of options. Rather than have the watch sent off and wait, as it was the last one within the group of an outgoing model, or have a full refund. I decided to go for the later version of the watch which she offered me a favourable deal on, in way of apology. I left the store impressed and one happy customer.
