“I love this store its my favourite of all the stores in my local area and visit quite often. The staff need praising for all their hard work. They are always welcoming, friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they always check if everything is OK and do you need anything else but never pushy. I love a nice toasted teacake with an americano. Definitely be back soon. Praise to the lovely lady on the cafe till today 23/11/22 around 1pmish always very jolly welcoming nothing is ever too much trouble for her and always makes me smile.”

“Staff are very nice and patient. Stuff here has a nice selection of flavours, jellies and popping tapiocas. Flavour are very good and the tapiocas are nice and chewy. Being picky but just wish the coconut flavour was stronger. Tapiocas are hot so I recommended rotating it upside down repeatedly before inserting the straw to disperse the heat (if you had ice with it) if you want it more cooler. Overrall it's great. Do come.”

“We attended this cafe nero on a Saturday mid afternoon, so it was getting quite busy as everyone turned up for caffeine to fix their afternoon lull. Love a good nero, the coffee always tastes great. The staff are always friendly. Although it was really busy the staff were efficient, and happy. We even had a chat and a joke with them at the till. As I work in retail myself it can be very hard and sap your energy when it is busy and can be difficult at times to remain upbeat as you start to tire. We sat in, and the staff didn't stop the whole time we were there, the queue was just constant, so well done to them for working so hard. I don't think retail workers get enough credit for working like machines, however customers are quick to point out when there is an issue!”

“Me and my friend really enjoyed ourselves at this Costa that overlooks The Trafford Centre, with no screen at the counter like some and helpful, friendly staff! I had a delicious white hot chocolate, sitting comfortably at a clean table.”

“Coffee is always perfect from Starbucks. Temperate just right. You can get the standard coffee options however they usually have some seasonal coffees. This one is positioned in the Trafford centre and has brilliant staff. It’s pretty quick with service. Majority of the time it’s clean however during the busier times the table may have old cups on. Best to clean up after yourself! Often busy so you might not get a seat if you’re planning on dining in.”

“Booked for an early xmas gathering, 33 of us. Everything went smoothly. It was so great to have access to the soft play area (extra charge) for the kids to burn off energy before and after the meal”

“Good place to take your kids to use up some energy. Staff were friendly. Seemed to be plenty of choice on the menu. Glad when we went it wasn't busy. Can imagine peak times it would be madness in there. Not that the zip line was open, but personally I think I should be included in the cost along with the trampolines. Definitely recommend.”
