“I Celebrated my 50th Birthday Party here 30th April 2022. This place was Amazing. It had everything you needed for my event. The main hall was a great size for the amount of people that came. There is also another room which came in handy. Kitchen was spot on. very clean indeed. As food was to be served. Fridge, oven, microwave, was available. Toilets were were fresh and tidy. Firswood Community Centre I will give 10 out of 10 for Service. Sharon who runs the place, is so friendly and pleasant. I will definitely be booking here again. A lot of my guest have already booked in dates for future events. Everything you needed was catered for here. Other Venues hourly rate were twice the price, and not as good a service here. I didn’t have one complaint all night about anything to do with this centre. My birthday was a success, all thanks to Firswood Community Centre. ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“Big thank you to the staff on the mens department.. after paying for some trousers at the till I collected all my 5 bags off the floor and walked out leaving my purchase from H&M on the counter ( oops ) after I realised this I went back but it had gone ...the staff knew it was MY mistake but replaced them without any drama free of charge Thank you again”

“Our son who is in reception has been going to breakfast club, after school club & holiday club at school of play in Urmston since last September and we simply love it! We know from the moment he goes in until the moment we pick him up in the evening that he is in excellent care and that any messages with the teachers would also be communicated should there be a need. The team is exceptional, they always go the extra mile to make sure our son starts his day in a positive mind set with amazing greetings, understanding his feelings and providing encouragement to make him have loads of fun every day. “Laney is a fantastic dog walker and has gone above and beyond to help us out a number of times, sometimes quite last minute. She also always puts picture and videos up on her Facebook page which is great for seeing what your fur baby has been up to! Highly recommended!”

“Gem and Jade are fantastic childminders. My daughter settled in very quickly and loves going in the mornings now. She always leaves really happy and is very content. They do a lot of creative activities and she often comes home with paintings. I love the photos that they send to keep you updated throughout the day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gem and Jade as they really do care and love all the children they look after.”
